Trainings for Burnout Recovery and Prevention
Burnout and workplace stress are at an all time high. Workers are feeling physical and emotional exhaustion, which then impacts how they show up in the workplace. Studies show that 89% of workers reported feeling some level of burnout within the last year.
The good news? I’ve spent the last 7 years deep diving into what causes and heals burnout and I’m here to help. Through lived experience I gained effective tools to help people fill their cup and manage stress.
One of my favorite ways to help people fill their cup is to reconnect to joy through adding in more fun and play! I offer play sessions to organizations that reconnect participants to their creativity and allow space to laugh in community.
I’m also a certified somatic practitioner, trained in Somatic Stress Release. I help people understand their stress response and utilize body-based practices to release stress. I offer somatic sessions that guide teams through the fundamentals of stress management and resilience, with an emphasis on practical tools that be applied in everyday life.

A Little About Me:
I’m a certified Somatic Practitioner who specializes in stress release and nervous system regulation.
I’m also a play coach and help others discover how to prioritize play!
Dance is the easiest way for me to connect to joy! I love to swing dance and am always out in nature dancing.
I believe that joy is essential to help us navigate times of global stress.
