Hi! I’m Shelly. I’ve been an unemployed job seeker. I personally know how hard the job search can be.  I remember feeling the urgency and pressure to get a job NOW and also feeling disempowered and like no one was reading my applications.  

I help job searching suck less by helping clients build emotional resilience to make the job search not feel so draining.

This is done through nervous system tools that can switch you from a place of fight/flight and bring you back to a place where you feel calm, connected, and hopeful about the future. 

I also teach clients how to prioritize play alongside the job search so that you can find ways to still enjoy your life. When feeling burned out and stressed, it’s important to find ways to have fun! 

Individual Resilience for Jobseekers Sessions are $65 for one hour.
